This is nasty. And the portion of noodles compared to the size of the box it came in is a complete joke. I love Ming Tsai. He is like my favorite of all TV chefs. But what the hell is he thinking putting his name on this crap? Well, if I was offered the chance to sell Mike Noodles, with my face on the box, I'm sure I would do it to. And what the hell is up with food sold in American Targets being made in India and China? Why am I eating this? Do I want to be the latest casualty broadcast on Fox News?
